After your account is established, you will be charged a flat
monthly fee for the TeleSouth service. This fee will be based on
the service plan you selected during registration. If you exceed
your monthly minutes, you will be charged by the minute at a rate
specified by the service plan description.
TeleSouth charges a 3% Federal Excise Tax (FET) on the total amount
of your bill as well as $1.50 Regulatory Recovery Fee for each primary
or virtual phone number assigned to your account.
TeleSouth keeps your last 6 month's of bills online on our website.
We do not send you a paper bill. Your online bill has the same level
of detail (call logs, information on how each call was billed, etc.)
as a cell phone bill. Your credit card on file with us will be billed
on the first of each month.
You need to sign in to your account with the user ID and password
you chose when you signed up for service. Then click on the "Billing"
link at the top of the screen. You are then able to select any telephone
number in this account, and see the last 6 months of bills in your
web browser. The current month's bill is always updated in real
time, so you always know your updated account balance for the current
month.
TeleSouth offers a 14-day money back guarantee, applicable to
one primary line per account, not additional or secondary lines.
Under terms of the Money-Back Guarantee, TeleSouth refunds the activation
fee, first month of service, shipping charges and waives the disconnect
fee. TeleSouth reserves the right to terminate or revoke the Money-Back
Guarantee at any time, without prior notice.You must cancel service
within 14 days of the account activation. Equipment must be returned
within 14 days. Usage must not exceed 250 minutes within the first
14 days of service. You are responsible for any charges for overage,
international traffic or directory assistance. Accounts exceeding
250 minutes of usage are not eligible for refund.
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the
UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals and registration
card(s) must be included. Equipment must be returned with a valid
return authorization number obtained from TeleSouth Customer Service.
You are responsible for the return shipping of equipment. The money
back guarantee will not be honored if you fail to meet all above
requirements.
To obtain a return authorization number, you must call Customer
Support at 800-GO-TeleSouth ( 1-800-518-2008 ).
You can update your plan at anytime by logging into this website
with your customer login and password. The new plan will go into
effect at the start of your next billing period. |
